Middle Earth Info on Black Speech:

Black Speech
The Black Speech was the language devised by Sauron in the Second Age for use by him and his servants. The Black Speech died out at the end of the Second Age, but was reintroduced by Sauron in the Third, when it was used in its pure form only by him, the Nazgűl, and other of his close servants, and the Olog-hai. Orcs of Mordor spoke a debased form of the Black Speech, and some of the words of their dialects, such as ghâsh, meaning "fire," spread throughout all Orcdom.
